Chocolate roses at your wedding

Chocolate roses? you say.  What exactly are they?  Well, they come in many different forms, the most common are the regular milk or dark chocolate shaped into a rose shape, the other is the white chocolate roses painted in food colouring or dyed with food dye to actually be rose-coloured, but tasting of chocolate!  And they make some of the best wedding centrepieces.
